Im just trying to figure out why someone would remove the headlights thus making it illegal for road travel in most(all?) states... not to mention it looks weird.

(fog/driving lights are not legal replacements for headlights)

So wait.. It's got 6 wheels and they call it a 4x4.... Riiiiiigggghhhtttt.

Still, with all the inconsistencies in the write-up it is a good looking vehicle and I would have it, except for the price.
...and besides it has rebuilt diesel carbs

And a 6-speed gearbox...
