Don't know if this is someone on here? Not much detail in the ad.

It's right hand drive, which is strange. Must be aftermarket conversion?

I did the conversion along with the steps and a few other bits, that's a cheap 710K!!

I thought so too. I saw an unremarkable 710M sell for £6500 on eBay a few weeks ago, so thought he'd get more than that for a K.
