1975 Pinzgauer 710M Funkwagen for Sale - $14,000 (Las Vegas)

Sadly, it's time for me pass on my prized Pinzgauer 710M to a new owner. Between work and four very young kids, I don’t have the opportunity to enjoy the Pinz and there’s no point to it simply sitting in the garage. Overall it's in great condition for a 40 year old truck and has less than 35,000 kilometers on the odometer. This one is a '75 710M Funkwagen that I've added two additional seat sections to the back in place of the radio racks. I have all the original racks and hardware as well if you would rather restore it to a radio truck. All the rear seating has just been redone with OD green cordura cushions purchased from Fat Fabrications.
All 5 tires were replaced in 2012 but are nearly new and have less than 250 miles on them. They're BFG LT265/75R16s. The truck has been garaged since purchase in 2008 and I've put less than 750 miles on it in that time. I have a tan insulated Tuff River cover for the cab and bed but it’s not currently installed. There's a repaired tear down the center top of the rear section but is invisible unless you're looking down on it.
This truck came to me from the Denver area. It’s original owner purchased it from Cold War Remarketing in the early 2000’s. It's currently titled and plated as a Classic Vehicle in Nevada. Linden Engineering did a complete fluid change and tune up when I purchased it and it was trailered to Las Vegas from Colorado. It appears it spent some time outdoors in Colorado as there's paint oxidation but it's been garaged the past 7 years. I had both carbs rebuilt as well when I purchased it and it has the civilian ignition system. I have manuals and service records and a set of spare keys, too.
Included is a high lift jack, tools, chains, original gas can, all radio rack racks and hardware, whip antenna, CB radio, and the two new seat sections added to the back. I have a 2" square hitch to install as well as miscellaneous hardware, filters, and bulbs. Available as a separate purchase is a nearly new USMC advanced camo net system big enough for the truck with reversible colors. It’s pretty slick.
I'm not aware of any major mechanical issues. The float in the gas tank probably needs to be replaced as the gas gauge bobs and fluctuates. It has a small 12v inverter for small accessories but it otherwise stock.
There’s very little rust and body damage but the paint is oxidized more in some places than others.
If interested, please contact me at 619-301-9220 or at wcgentry@hotmail.com. The truck’s at a vacation home so I’ll have to make plans to meet any interested party but will be there in the next couple of weeks.
There, I did it.
