Well that was the guy "MadMax" Volvo he bought and started working on... There was a bit of work needed on it from what I remember...

yeah, what happened there? MadMax had a whole build thread started. Guess life gets in the way of these projects sometimes

30,000. You could buy Scottish Pinz's superbly equipped vehicle and import it for that and still have money left over. Or one of dozens of C303's for sale in Europe and import it and have enough left over to make it a fantastic expedition vehicle..

Hello all, sorry its been so long since I touched base!
I listed it at that price knowing what I was asking for; I honestly do not want to sell it, but its sitting there waiting on me to put a garage around it and do the restoration, which I am unable to do right now. However, if someone comes along with something near that price, I would sell it. We listed it in Anchorage as well.
I hate not being able to work on it, but at the same time I do not want to drive it too much without doing the work it needs. As it is now, it is completely stripped down to street legal. I put new glass in and new door seals all around, and painted it this summer (using the same method as the previous owner, brushed on camo). SO, it is protected and comfortable and stable. I run it at least once a week up and down the roads around me to keep it happy.
