Starter trouble
When starting my Pinz the starter solenoid doesn't kick the starter in to engage. I have to hit the start button several times before the solenoid will kick the starter in. I took the starter out and put 24 Vdc to it and it works everytime.I'm thinking poor ground(will test tomorrow). Anybody have ...

Stymied by no spark
My Pinz finally let me down. I have no spark. Truck has Pertronix ignition.The stock coil reads 4 ohms primary and 12000 ohms secondary,seems normal.I have 14 volts at the suppressor before cranking and 21 volts while cranking(normal?).The ballast resistor read 4 ohms.How do you check the igniter ...

Take your idle adjust screws out and your idle solenoids off(one set at a time),then blow air(about 40 psi)into the set screw hole then blow air in the solenoid hole.This will clear any blockage in the idle mix area.
