Is anyone using a intercom in their Pinz? If so what kind and what is the level of difficulty installing one?

I have one in my M113A1, but I live in California and can not lic. for the road.

In this state we can not have headsets on while on the public roads.

But sounds like a good idea for off road.

I've got one. Not too tough to install. Never use it. Let me know if you're interested and we can maybe work out something. I've got 4 taps and 3+ headsets (the 4th headset is missing a pad, IIRC).

I use a system out of an open cockpit airplane. Have six stations nad only really use it when doing long road trips in the truck. Lately it seems that I have been towing it on the long drives more than driving so it has not seen much use.
If you are just looking for one for the front two people, then consider a unit from the motorcycle crowd. It is fairly inexpensive, around $150 for a decent set and self contained. If you want a military style then you just have to look around at surplus places and hope it works.
