Morris,

If you send me a coupe of the photos you'd like to use and your password, I'd also be happy to make this happen for you. Carlos is a IT/Tech/telecom guy so he can probably do all of this from his BlackBerry!

I tried to take one from my photobucket page. It does end in jpg. I put a similar pic on another site that I belong to and no issues whatsoever.

I really appreciate your offer to help me, David but I really want to find how I can do this since I am not a computer wiz and anything that I can't do really bugs me. You will be my last straw, that is said in a good way.

Heres your picture made into a propper avatar size.

Image

Copy (Right click your mouse over the picture and then click on - Save picture as) this picture to your hard drive, then upload it to your Photo Bucket page.
When you see it on your PhotoBucket hold your cursor over the Picture and a menu will scroll down, go to the "IMG code" window and copy the text. Paste the text and remove Image from the text, into the avatar window for Real 4x4 site.

I will eventually remove this picture from my Photo Bucket page so try to get it onto yours.

When you use the link I modified for you the picture will be to big for the forum standards.

You need to shrink the picture and then save it in your photobucket account.

Once you save it you need to remove part of the link in order to be accepted as a valid picture.

This is how you do it:

You need to remove the portion "?action=view&current=" out of the link.

Look at the italic text on the link:

http://s400.photobucket.com/albums/pp88 ... MG3362.jpg

The link to your new shrinked picture will look like this:

http://s400.photobucket.com/albums/pp88 ... MG3362.jpg

And then it will work fine.

If you still can't make it work send me a PM with your phone number and I will call you.

Good luck!

I think I got it.

Wahoo. I decided to use a different shot and save a copy in photobucket. This was a shot in Moab last year when I met Denis and we did a short stay there on his trip through the states.

Thanks so much for your assistance.
