It is with great regret that I announce the passing of Ron Schroeder WD8CDH. His wife has allowed me to handle the sale, to a member, of their Pinzgauer. Could members private message me to pp9pp9pp at hotmai... to advise me the approxomate value, and the best way to auction the vehicle (and also I am sure someone here knows exactly the model he had)... it is not in full running condition and we do not plan to restore it before selling so I would say it is tow/ship from Long Island, NY. Note: I do NOT monitor the mailing list, I am only set to receive messages from the moderator.

Never new him but he did post on the EFI topic.

You can read through the old post on the other forum 1999. Him and Alan talk about using lockers to improve high speed driving.

Looks like he was one of the first EFI guys.

Erik,
I was trying to get a hold of him since you sent me the PDF last night about the LIMVC. I contacted the Pres at LIMVC but they hadn't heard of him. The new pres. has been there for 4 years so he must have left the club.
Shame, sad news.

I am in communication with them and am advising on the sale. I believe Im the one that imported that Pinz anyway.
