What are the odds?

Post by totaljoint »

What a great weekend! Parked at an industrial park ,and found a rather extreme 6 wheeler:

Then drove down town Snohomish (all 2 blocks of it) and my son points out another surprise, that we are not alone:

This one had the most Ferrari sounding Pinz engine I've ever heard (something about alloy pistons and such.)
Later that day, I come out of the market to find that Steyr/Puch's have a magnetic attraction for one another:

All in one day in a small corner of Washington state, we didn't know each other before these encounters. I thought these things were rare?

The 712 would be Scott Gates, and yes that was the Nickie engine I built last year.
Very good sounding engine, hope he is enjoying it 8)

I wonder if that Saracen ever served on the streets of Northern Ireland??? you could hear a 'Saracan' from 4 blocks away, gave them plenty of time to pick up loads of missiles to throw and to dig up any guns and ammo that they had hidden!!! The Saracan was also an ideal vehicle for pushing through barricades composed of burning buses etc! (Operation Motorman)
Aiming to introduce UK Politicians to Piano wire and Lamposts!
