Re: Pinzgauer, made by Mercedes
I always did think the work-shop vans were neat, even though that particular one is made by Mercedes, strangely enough its funny how it looks exactly like the ones made by Steyr-Puch.

No comment on the Mercedes bit
But it does amaze me to the number of people that are sooooo proud of the Swiss auction number/ condition rating on the windshield.... don't they wash the vehicle? or at least the windshield? ...or do they pay extra to be sure its not damaged..... kind of like buying a car at Carmax and leaving the window sticker on...the last Swiss auction... wasn't it like 5.. 6 years ago
Gotta love those Maloyas...

Re: Pinzgauer, made by Mercedes
He he...on the UK Landrover Forums if someone who lets say sees all 4x4s as a 'Jeep' we,ve all seen the adverts Toyota Hilux Jeep for sale etc etc......well if they put up a Landrover 'Jeep' for sale the seller gets deluged with enquiries asking at which Jeep plant the vehicle was built, for which international Jeep market is it specified..what year did Landrover start building Jeeps under licence etc. (But having said that and in this particular case maybe the seller is getting confused because the Mercedes G Wagen was built in the same Steyr Puch plant as the Pinzgauer?????)
