You'll want the one which you don't own.
Pick a 710, you'll want a 712.

Pick an "M" you'll want a "K" .........Pick a 710, you'll want a 712.

But get EFI and you'll never go back!
Re: 710M or 712M
'K' is good in WA where it rains a lot and 'M' is good in the desert where the sides can roll up for air.
Only two choices.

How many opportunities will you have in your life to drive, much less own, a 6x6?
When I first came across a 710 on ebay, four years ago, i was impressed enough. but as soon as I began researching them and discovered the 712.....the heavens opened up and i heard that chorus of the angels, like in the movies.....I had to have one. I don' t know who to attribute this law of nature, but it seems that there will always be plenty of Pinzgauers available while you are "considering" a purchase, but almost none when you're ready to buy. Texas pinz' 712 that just sold was one of the nicest i've seen come up in years. you'll be lucky to find one as nice anywhere near the price-
It happened to me a few years ago. I saw tons for sale while i was just looking, then when I had the money in hand, it took six months searching and putting out feelers on forums, emailing ei, before a decent one came up on ebay. I clicked the buy it now button for 18,500.00 and booked a plane flight that night. Hands down- best purchase I have ever made. I'm now "considering" remodeling my garage door so I can park the Pinz inside, and leave my cushy G500 outside.
Cheers and best of luck.
