I believe I saw that one on Ebay about two years ago. If I recall correctly, it didn't sell the first time and then went up again and did sell, although I don't believe it went for anywhere near their stated current price. At least it's in the hands of someone who can appreciate its rarity and condition as opposed to someone buying that classic just to chop it up and build a rock-crawler out of it.

We discussed this ridiculous Mog over at BenzWorld.
Few guys pointed some things out:
That body is wrong for 1955 and the ad shows a truck with no wipers.
Gotta love the rust and the nice patches on the seats.
For that kind of $ I would go buy a really nice diesel Mog.
Data plates are a dime a dozen - just sayin'
Fancy website however and I assume they are trying to either finance their film (http://visionfilmworks.com/kingdomoftheson.html) or it is some sort of marketing/school project?

Kingdom of the Son is a historical action-epic set in the last days of the Vikings. When a Norwegian boy is sold into slavery by his father’s killers, he reemerges as the most iconic Viking of his era, pursuing his enemies from the battlefields of Europe to the walls of London. His quest for redemption will inspire a nation and change the course of history, but it will also seal his fate in greatest battle of the Viking Age.
Uhm....wasn't that movie called Conan the Barbarian??
