New Owner with questions

First question is there a user handbook I can down load? It has lots of what could be filler or drain or level plugs.
I have no clue when the belts were last changed is there a traveling repair man in the UK that would do them? I know the engine is standard but I would like it to be done by someone who knows Pinzgauers so I can ask questions
