Well the problem with our Forces is that they do the least when doing maintenance on vehicles. 
I worked all last summer for the Forces teaching those guys a new truck from Navistar and I have seen what they do to their equipment. Let’s just say maintenance is not always a priority. 
I don’t think I would buy a used truck from them without lots of cash in my pocket to get it in a decent shape.
And you’re right we would end paying for it twice.
