Well... just went you thought you had seen it all... I found this GREAT way to install a heater in a Pinz
Ok, so perhaps not the best way but it is an interesting concept - plywood backboard is not the nicest thing to look at/through but the heater uses propane and is a catalytic heater.
Not sure how well the radiant heat would work with its placement but interesting.
Perhaps in the summer a hole could be cut in the plywood and a window A/C unit could be installed :)

Just like a Volkswagen. Right side gets 2nd degree burns while left side gets frostbite. only with this, its ears instead of feet.

Painting the plywood to match the vehicle color would at least it improve the aesthetics.

You could also grill cheese sammys reaching over with your left hand whilst keeping the shifter hand on task.

This is weird. There is an ad for a 712 on Ebay right now, with this exact catalytic heater shown. 10th photo shown. Says it's in Michigan ???

I think perhaps we thought it was your heater solution.

But in all honesty, looking back on things you have accomplished, it did seem a bit primitive for you and really not up to your standard. Apologies if I seemed to be confused at the beginning of the postings.
