Wanting to trade 1987 Toyota 4x4 van for pinzgauer
Wanting to see if there are any Pinzgauer owners out there that want to trade for a rare 4x4 toyota van. My van is the 5 speed manual with a hi/low transfer case with manual lockout hubs. Zero rust and in great condition with 118k miles. One family owned and been in Washington State and Georgia...so never exposed to salt. It has a custom ARB winch bumper with Warn 8000 winch. Great little van with a growing following ( hasn't reached VW syncro status) but honestly the Toyota vans are much better than the VW. Will continue to go up in value as time passes. Interested in 710M and 712M models

Interesting! You're telling us that the Toyota's are a better vehicle than the Syncro? I'm curious to learn how?

My opinion on the better vehicle is purely subjective. Just looking for someone that may be interested in a possible trade. Are you interested in trading your 712M?

I'd sell my 712.
I like the Toyota van quite a bit, but i work at Ford, and not certain it would fly
Please keep in mind that many components of the synchro were made by Steyr: http://www.club80-90syncro.co.uk/Syncro ... 0STORY.htm

How does one get any "real" work done while wearing a bow tie?

Lol,
I have a gentleman that works for me at Ford, who wears a bow tie every day. Been at Ford for 25 years. The man is the most productive individual I have ever met. Impresses us daily. He's fascinating.
Sometimes that bow tie is there to hide the superhero behind it.
