Double bead lock rims

Has anyone had double bead lockrims made-up for the Pinz? I called USA 6X6 and the cost seems prohibitive.

The staun bead locks lock both sides of the tire using the stock rim. They come in the Pinz size (16 X 6.5). At 175.00 a pop they are in my opinion relatively inexpensive as they also work as a run flat, require only one extra hole to be drilled in your rim and are DOT legal. Here are a few links.
