Good find. Personally I would be reluctant to use them for two reasons.

1. Twice as many nuts to undo every time the brakes need adjusting.
2. I like to keep an eye on the nuts to make sure they're not working loose. Difficult when they're hidden from view.

You think "wheel kick" is bad when going through the rocks with the stock wheels, wait until you add adapters.

At the 2000 Treffen in Colorado I had my white pinz pickup with adapters and american racing wheels with a 4.5" back spacing. One broken thumb on Holy Cross, and one sprained wrist....and I'm the guy who religiously educates drivers about thumbs out!

It is a nasty combination that I would only consider if I were running power steering.

The next years Treffen I had power steering on my bobbed 712!

Scotts right about the kickback thing,my 712 has had spacers adapted to LR wheels since I got it (5 yrs). Sometimes it's a real bear. On the plus side, there is a definate improvement with side slope and odd angle stability. At one time I changed them all back to stock, the steering was much easier but it felt more like it wanted to "lay down" in those special situations. At the same time,I put the LR wheels on my 710 and it made a HUGE difference in its off road stability. Still had to deal w/ the kickback thing. I have never had an issue with nuts loosening, another plus is with the LR wheels I can access the brake adjustment plugs w/o pulling the wheels, nice! All said and done I'm still running the spacer-wheel combo and working on steering-kickback solutions.
