Broke locker lever components

Damn it, just noticed i broke the yellow lever, spacer directly to the right and need to rebuild the masters. Cant get a hold of EI or SAV. Id have the order overnighted if need be. Anyone have spares laying around?

Major project those lockers. Bleeding them got to be a problem as the bleeder valves were not covered with little caps and were so full on gunk they would not bleed.

Ordered replacement valves, installed one (rear locker) and attempted to bleed the locker line. Broke the rear locker lever at the pivot shaft (7101283471) where it connects to the intermediate lever going to the clevis.

Any spares out there? Need (7101283562) Rear yellow one.

All in all interesting day. Did have success with replacement of the clutch slave cylinder and the brakes were bled successfully. Baby steps.

I modified mine with hardware. I'll see if i cant get a photo together...

The center level broke on mine, so it would not rotate the part to its immediate right. I was able to use a bolt and some nuts to create a link between the two pieces using the unused hole at the back of the lever. This only works for the center lever. Might be able to get creative here...

I thought about that as I drove home from the shop where we did the work. A photo of your fix would be appreciated.
My friend has membership to a club garage situation and we have gone there to do work lately. Very comfortable place to work on the trucks.

I was thinking that a bolt through the lower portion of the arm might work... in effect joining them as one. But... as a temporary measure until I can manage a permanent fix. Since it was so difficult to move into the 'locked' position, forcing it was not a good move on my part. I think that there is some obstruction in the line or the actuator itself. Time for a rebuild. The 4x4 green lever moves very well.

I have no desire to spend the money on fixing them back to stock. This is my perm fix. Works just as well, if not better.

I thought i took photos but did not. Will be close to xmas before im back at the truck
