Hey guys, after the engine warms up for a while, the oil pressure light flickers lightly at times, brighter at others...sometimes not at all.

Idle-brighter
Running-flicker
Accelerating-off

Any ideas???

There is plenty of oil...

The first thing I would check would be to clean the terminal and make sure it's tight on the oil pressure sender. It may be loose which would give you the symptoms you're seeing.

You may have a touchy press switch.

If in doubt, put a test guage on it before damage occours
