I met a Pinzgauer

Post by krick3tt »

I was packing for a road trip and noticed a young man approaching the pinz. He ask of he could take a picture of the pinz for his father. Seems the young man had driven pinzgauers in his military service in Austria and wanted to know about mine as it was the first he had seen outside of his country.
He is from a region named Pinzgauer from where the horse got its name and so the vehicle. He is a Pinzgauer being from that region.
We had a nice chat about how the guys in the military treat them and his story of how they adjust the carbs to make them backfire to freak out the recruits was enlightening. Not the least bit did I ever doubt that the military there treats their stuff just like our guys do. It was confirmed today from a first hand witness.
