THE PORTAL HUB - Pinzgauers, Haflingers, Volvo 303s and more!

Knowing that the Pinz has dual carbs, I am curious as to how the carbs are balanced? I did search, but I couldn't locate anything on technique or tools required. The reason I ask is, I used to use a TwinMax to balance my dual carb'ed Ural, but now I use a much cooler tool called the Harmonizer...

Is it simply a mechanical linkage that needs adjustment, or is it a vacuum balance?
