Open link in new window

I always forget to do this by right clicking and it would be nice if it just did this automatically.. I did find a post about how to do this in phpBB if a admin wants to make the changes.. assuming it is for the current version anyways.

If you hold down shift when you click it, you'll get a new window. If you hold down control when you click you'll get it in a new tab.
You can also set preferences to "switch to new tab when opening".
