Carburetor rebuild

Before and after. Rebuilt by National Carburetors in Jacksonville FL (904-636-9400). Cost was $125 each with me providing kits from SAV. I'll hopefully get them back on this weekend and will post an update of how they work

SCARY!

How were they shipped?? Lot's of cases of damage documented within this forum, and the solenoids are a huge red flag.

Scary? How so?

National Carb is 10 min from my work- I dropped them off. Installed the carbs last night- didn't have time to hook up linkage or to balance, but it runs like a sewing machine! Will get time to test drive this weekend but I'm really impressed with the build.

Got ya.. Pick up is a different story.

Lots of horror stories of serious carb damage by shipping with the solenoids installed.
