Post some youtube links and we can try to commentIndigodog wrote:It seems like everyone is getting stuck on youtube while other vehicles roll on past. Is that bad driving or are Pinzies not all they're cracked up to be? I'm not trolling. I'm just on the fence about my next vehicle purchase.

Re: Youtube.
Here is one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQt_3pi1vaA There are plenty more like it. They seem to involve mud usually. Thanks for your replies.
Re: Youtube.
In that video, I would say that the problem is that he is running street tires. I don't care what kind of truck a person may have, with street tires, I doubt they would fare any better. With my stock Maloyas, I wouldn't hesitate to hit mud like that.

Re: Youtube.
That's a relief. My stock Pathy did better than that. The 712 looks like just what I need for a work truck. I'm not a fan of full size trucks and mini trucks don't have enough bed.
Re: Youtube.
In that video, the guy clearly has no idea what he is
doing. Looks like they took a street equipped vehicle
to a 4 -wheel drive "park" and just played follow the
leader/trail. He can't pic a line, and I don't really see
a purpose or goal to what he is doing. Almost looks
like he was trying to get stuck.
By the way, it also looks like the differentials are not
locked. I think I see the wheels spinning at different
times/rates.

Re: Youtube.
I thought I saw that too. My main concern is getting construction materials to remote locations. I need a truck that isn't too wide and can haul a fair amount of weight. I had originally thought of a 4x4 van when I came across Pinzgauers. They seem like a brilliant design. It will be a few months before I can purchse one. Thanks to your timely response I feel confident in the support network out there. I've made my decision to find a 710m. Thanks!

The Pinz has an amazingly high payload and
can tow a lot too. The versatile bed is just what
you need too. It's a simple design, and doesn't
break very easily either.
