US Ford transit wheels fit the 712k!!!!!

I'd be interested in a set of Transit Wheel hub steps.

finally, after thinking about it, i''ll go for this tire:
BFGoodrich ALL Terrain T/A KO2
235/85 R16 120/116S 10PR  RWL  3PMSF...

So, bought the Ford rims
Bought 5 tires as per above brand/dimensions
Bought a manual tire changer
Mounted the tires myself, first time I do this
Using Magnum+ beads for balancing
Tested the truck today, all is good

That looks pretty darn good !! And...235's look plenty wide and tall enough.
That's what I plan on moving to for my next set of tires.

there might be a way to re-use them on the Ford transit wheel, with a small modification

I do not see why it wouldn't work but if you want to wait a little bit, I will have my test set made specifically for these wheels done soon. Just waiting for a machine to free up.

Yikes !! That's some mighty nice work man. I also now see Hugues's prior fitup on the Pinz wheels

One thought/recommendation before you machine these up -- just for consideration. Please keep
the extension from the wheel surface no more than 3".

From my own experience with the Cold War Remarketing version, which are 4", they can take a beating on narrow rocky trails.
Beyond 3" seems to be when interference can happen. The T-Lo's version is 3" and that 1" seems to make significant
difference in exposure.

With Aluminum they won't be as forgiving.

They are 4" overall so they only stick out around 3" from the face of the wheel. Also, just made to the length requested by the customer and could be modified to whatever length desired.
